PAPILLON — presents an allegory of contemporary freedom, in which a body enclosed in a cocoon of light oscillates between transfiguration and capture, between real emancipation and simulacrum. The performance reveals how technology, simultaneously prosthesis and prison, produces a new form of blindness and captivity, serving as a contemporary Platonic cave.
